Overcoming technical issues with The Coach on the Go app

How to fix technical issues in app, please see below a list of the most commonly asked questions and how to overcome these technical challenges

Are you having difficulty submitting your coaching questions in the app ‘ask me’ field?

Please see below a step-by-step guide to fix this in the app:
(i.) Click in to settings at the bottom of the page
(ii.) Hit question alert
(iii.) Hit refresh
(iv.) Submit your question again
If unsuccessful, please submit your technical request through the chatbot on The Coach on the Go homepage

 

Are you having difficulty logging in?
Please reset your password by clicking on the ‘me’ icon at the bottom of the first page, and hit the link to request a new password/login details - this will be sent via email to you.

 

Is your personal “Coach on the go” consultant slow to respond, more than 2 minutes?

Please see below a step-by-step guide to fix this:
(i.) Click in to settings at the bottom of the page
(ii.) Hit ‘speed’ button
(iii.) Hit refresh
(iv.) Submit your question again
If unsuccessful, please submit your technical request through the chatbox on The Coach on the Go homepage

 

Do you want to change the language on your personal “Coach on the go” consultant?

Please see below a step-by-step guide to fix this:
(i.) Click in to settings at the bottom of the page
(ii.) Hit globe icon
(iii.) Choose your preferred language from the drop down list

This will automatically update
